Remember, a problem shared is a problem halved.

Recent research by the American Psychological Association has found that “spending more time in nature and exercising can be as effective as drugs or counselling for treating mental illnesses” including anxiety and depression. More time spent outdoors was shown to promote cognitive functions as well as overall well-being.
