PACE Yourself founder Jane Milton has over years’ experience helping people eliminate anxiety and stress from their lives, encouraging positive changes towards healthier relationships with partners, family, friends, work and money.

Jane is passionate about helping people improve and refresh their lives. Jane inspires with intuition, perception, and a practical approach, helping people to face and overcome their obstacles.

Committed to problem solving, Jane initiated a therapeutic approach, Walk and Talk, working with men and women at their own pace. Clients are encouraged to take the therapy session outside into the fresh air where they spend it not only talking, but walking, and gaining some exercise.

Recent research by the American Psychological Association has found that “spending more time in nature and exercising can be as effective as drugs or counselling for treating mental illnesses” including anxiety and depression. More time spent outdoors was shown to promote cognitive function as well as overall well-being.

Relevant qualifications and experience include:

● Graduate Diploma in Individual Psychotherapy and Relationship Therapy
● Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning)
● Clinical Member of CAPA (Counsellors and Psychotherapists Association)
● Listed on the national register at PACFA (The Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia Inc)
● Member of AAPO (Australasian Association of Professional Organisers Inc)
● Graduate of the New Director Programme (AICD)
